P. C. Turck invests in a new punching machine 01/02/2012 End of last year P. C. Turck could look forward to a very special delivery: a new punching machine. By January, probably even earlier the new machine will be put into operation at P. C. Turck. The machine which has a weight of about 40 kilograms will be used for the production of metal parts and has a press capacity of 200 tones. The purchase of the new machine is a step for the location security and for the extension of the production capacity. The investment of about one million euro has not been the last one, already in 2012 there will be more investments.

220th anniversary of P. C. Turck- Celebration at the restaurant Castello in Lüdenscheid 11/10/2011 Last Friday management, employees and shareholder celebrated the decadal anniversary of the oldest family-owned company in Lüdenscheid exactly 220 years after the company´s foundation. With this celebration the managing directors Holger Schulte and Dr. Klaus Stuck wanted to thank all employees for their commitment. Shareholder Dr. Joachim Meinecke paid also attention and special praise to the employees for the period in which the company must resort to massive cutting measures. In his commemorative speech management director Dr. Klaus Stuck remembered the tough foundation years of the company. He revived the common life at the closing of the 18th century and described the circumstances in which the company´s founder Peter Caspar Turck and later his widow Christina Regina established the company. Besides commemorative speech, honor to employees and culinary delicacies the caricaturist Alexis crafted drawings of the employees and the magician Timothy Kahler shortened the waiting period between the seperate courses.

Welcome to P.C. Turck 08/02/2010 P.C. Turck still focuses on the development of qualified personnel. Therefore today three apprentices were welcomed at P.C. Turck: Kevin Kaiser as design draftsman, Patrick Michaelis as toolman, and Dennis Vogler as machine operator. Colleagues, works counsil and management would like to wish all the best at P.C. Turck!

Fun Run 2010 07/09/2010 For eight years in a row, the company fun run took place in Lüdenscheid. Even though the temperatures were very high, 13 runners from P.C. Turck finished the 5,5km track. After the event, runners and colleagues gathered at the finishing line to wind down the evening with food, drinks, and music.

Investment in new punch presses 04/29/2010 Despite the very difficult economic situation P.C. Turck invested in new automatic punch presses. Already a couple of weeks ago a 80t-press was installed in order to complement the machinery. Today another press was delivered and installed. As one of the first companies in the region, P.C. Turck will run a 200t-Servo-Motion-Press which is equipped with the latest technology. A new drive technology (electricity) makes it possible to increase productivity as well as the quality of our products.

Trade fair in 2010 01/15/2010 From 26-30 October 2010 P.C. Turck will participate in the Euroblech 2010 in Hannover. Since the last exhibition was very successful, P.C. Turck will present its products and services for the second time at one of the leading trade fairs for sheet metal working. You will receive more information shortly.

7th annual "Fun Run" in Luedenscheid 06/29/2009 For the 7th year in a row, P.C. Turck started with a team at the annual "Company Fun Run". This year 13 runners finished the 5,5 kilometres long trail across the city centre of Luedenscheid. After the run the company provided drinks and snacks for all the participants.

P.C. Turck at BLECHEXPO in Stuttgart 01/28/2009 From 1-4 December 2009 P.C. Turck will participate in the BLECHEXPO in Stuttgart. The international trade fair has developed to one of the leading fairs for metal forming. Technical working group visited P.C. Turck 01/19/2009 The first meeting of the Technical Working Group IBU (Industry Association Sheet Forming) in 2009 was held at P.C. Turck. After hearing different lectures about current technical developments in sheet metal forming all 45 participants took the chance to go on a factory tour. They wanted to get an idea of how P.C. Turck realized an uninterrupted flow of goods an production. Holger Schulte (Managing Director of P.C. Turck) as well as Dr. Andy Mumm (Chairman of the IBU-Working Group) drew a positive conclusion on this meeting. Despite the bad economic situation the participants are sure that 2009 can be turned into a positive and successfull year.

Successful participation at the Euroblech 2008 11/04/2008 P.C. Turck was more than satisfied with their first appearance at the Euroblech 2008 in Hanover. "Our expectations were exceeded" quotes managing director Holger Schulte. P.C. Turck not only wanted to maintain contacts with existing customers, but also establish new contacts with potential customers. This last goal has been achieved, since several promising inquiries have been received since the end of the exhibition. The next Euroblech will take place in 2010 and P.C. Turck is already planning to take part again.

Elementary school students visited P.C. Turck 10/10/2008 During their fall holidays, about 10 elementary school students visited P.C. Turck to get an insight into the world of work. The kids assembled their own clips and were able to show their skills at the computer. Afterwards they went on a tour of the company to see where the components of the clips are actually produced.

New facade for P.C. Turck 09/25/2008 Over the last couple of weeks the facade of P.C. Turck's administration building has been restored. The colours of the building were chosen following the company colour blue and the carmin of the old building. The new paint coating is part of a large investment package which shows the great commitment of the company and its' owners towards the German production site Luedenscheid.

EuroBLECH 2008 in Hannover 08/06/2008 Some 1500 exhibitors from 40 countries will present latest developments at the EuroBLECH in Hanover from 21-25 October 2008. The world's leading technology exhibition for this industry will, once again, be the central marketplace for everyone involved in sheet metal working. For the first time P.C. Football at P.C. Turck 06/25/2008 Last weekend football was not only played at the European Football Championship, but also at P.C. Turck. The traditional summer party took place. Plenty of food and drinks were prepared and a large number of colleagues and their families used the opportunity to get to know each other off the daily business routine.

16 runners from P.C. Turck at the annual "Fun run" 06/18/2008 Last week 16 runners from P.C. Turck participated in the annual "Company Fun Run". Almost 6000 runners from 390 companies coped with the distance of 5,5km. After the run all participants celebrated at the party which took place in the finish area.

Field trip to P.C. Turck 04/23/2008 Last week abt. 20 kids from a local kindergarten visited P.C. Turck. They got a small insight into the world of work. The kids sorted clips and afterwards assembled them on a small machine. They also coloured circles by using the mouse on a personal computer.

Positive atmosphere at the Z 2008 03/03/2008 Last week the trade fair duo - Z 2008 and intec - closed their doors in Leipzig with another record attendance. Organiser as well as Exhibitors were very satisfied with the outcome. Many prospective customers as well as regular customers visited P.C. Turck's stand.

Subcontracting fair - 26.-29.02.2008 11/22/2007 Since its premiere in the year 2000 the Z proved to be the important independent subcontracting fair for Europe. In February 2008 it offers again the ideal platform for the supporting industry. The Z sets a focus on the automobile industry and machine and plant manufacture industry as well as electronics/electro-technology, industrial services and other branches of industry. Also P.C. Turck will be represented on the Z in 2008 again. Further information can be found here soon.

Visit of the IAA 2007 in Frankfurt 09/17/2007 Last weekend about 30 members of P.C. Turck's staff followed the invitation of their company and visited the IAA in Frankfurt. They took the chance to have a look at the latest trends on the Automotive market as well as on the subcontractor market.

Lineapelle 2007 04/02/2007 This year P.C. Turck will be represented on the Lineapelle 2007 in Bologna for the first time. This international fair specialised in tanned and finished leathers, models, synthetic materials, accessories, components for footwear, leather goods, garment and furnishing. P.C. Turck will present clips and the according accessories. We are looking forward to your visit at our stand in hall 26, C105.
